Jericho Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 to place an order, or to receive a delivery.
Returns & Refunds policy
If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way please email us with the details within 7 days. If you receive a delivery with any breakages we will organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge. We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect. Any products that are returned must be unopened.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
We ask that you consider your choice before completing your order as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
The prices outlined are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include postage. Postage prices are a flat fee within Australia.
Wines are shipped with WineWorks Australia and you should expect delivery of your wine within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Wine will only be shipped for minimum orders of 6 bottles, wine can only be purchased in case lots of 6 bottles. Postage is calculated once you have completed your shopping and will be displayed at the checkout when your payment is finalised.
A signature is required on all deliveries. When you are not available at the time the delivery is attempted WineWorks will leave a card to let you know the wines are available to be collected at your Post Office. If you are unable to collect the wine within 10 days WineWorks may return the wine and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Appropriate ID may be required to ensure the recipient is not less than 18 years of age. On delivery please inspect the goods to ensure there are no breakages and that the correct items have been received.
Incorrect address/delivery details.
If any deliveries cannot be made due to an incorrect address or incorrect delivery details, the wines will be returned to us, additional postage charges will apply for re-delivery. Jericho Wines cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses which are provided by the customer. If the incorrect address is supplied to us and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Jericho Wines keeps the information you have provided to us confidential. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on or sell any of your personal details with anyone. We use your details provided to process your order(s), provide you with customer service and to provide you with our newsletter.
When purchasing from Jericho Family Wines your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact us.
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Credit card payments are processed securely through third party payment processors (Stripe) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective processor. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Payment is due on order. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
When choosing to pay via subscription, you are accepting to pay on a recurring basis and acknowledge an automatic payment will be made from your credit card based on the terms set forward in your subscription. The first payment will be made immediately, with subsequent payments made every month until you cancel your subscription.
Jericho Family Wines is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any
information we collect in relation to you is stored securely. We do not
pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this
information to identify your orders and provide you with our email
newsletter (if applicable).
