Arriving cold and fresh at the winery, these two parcels of fruit were pressed after 4 hours on skins to achieve the light pink hue. Fermented separately in stainless steel, these batches were carefully blended following fermentation resulting in a well-balanced and precisely crafted Rosé wine.
Our Pinot Noir is sourced from an outstanding vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills with rocky soils, and low yielding vines of impeccable quality. The Pinot Gris is grown in the far northern end of the Hills, in the valley of Forreston where long wet winters, and a long warm growing season results in fruit of perfect balance.
This delicate and savoury Rosé is a real food wine. Try it with a roasted beetroot and goats cheese salad, with heaps of mint and dill.
