Love the texture of this. The polish. Red and darker berry fruit flavours with inputs from graphite and clove. It’s suggestive of woodsmoke and fire, in a complexing way. But the really lovely thing here is the feel of the fruit and indeed the feel of the tannin, both of which feel fine and meticulous. The jubey nature of the fruit is pretty delicious too.
