GSM blend from the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. 80/16/4 distribution between grenache, shiraz and mourvèdre. The grenache is grown on 40-year-old bush vines. The Jericho wines are always so well turned out. So fresh, so well balanced, so modern and indeed so thoughtful. And always so very, very drinkable. This displays jellied red/black fruits with savouriness in the treble and anise in the bass. It’s a charming drink.
